Flint Mosaic was founded in Bangkok with a clear purpose: to offer legal guidance that genuinely prioritizes the needs of each client. Our founding team — experienced in corporate law, data protection, and cross-border matters — recognized that many individuals and businesses needed more than technical accuracy; they needed someone willing to listen carefully and explain things clearly.
The name "Flint Mosaic" reflects our approach: like a mosaic, the work we do involves fitting many distinct elements together into a coherent whole. Each piece of legal work — whether a registration filing, a compliance framework, or a notarized document — carries significance on its own, but the real value comes when everything fits together to support the client's larger goals.
Today, our team works primarily with entrepreneurs, small and medium businesses, and individuals who need dependable legal assistance in Thailand. We serve both Thai and international clients, and we place a high value on plain-language communication and accessible advice. We do not believe that legal matters need to be intimidating, and we try to make the experience of working with us as straightforward and comfortable as possible.
